Following the successful format of the 2020 Lead-Zinc Conference, the conference will provide a 3-day conference technical program, and 2-day short courses covering all aspects of lead and zinc processing over 5 days.

 

After the conference is over, you are invited to visit most representative mines, beneficiation plants, and smelters in the Lead & Zinc industries in China. Registration for this event is separate from your Lead-Zinc 2023 registration. The conference organizing committee will arrange this travel for all participants.

Payment and Invoice
Delegates residing in China—WeChat Pay

Delegates who reside in China can pay their registration fee with WeChat Pay.

International Delegates—PayEase

Participants outside of China should pay their registration fees with a credit card via PayEase, in American dollars (USD).

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations will be accepted only if done in written before September 15, 2023 to conferences@csu.edu.cn. The cancelation email must include the name of the participant, company and reason for cancelation. No later than 30 days before the conference, the full registration fee will be refunded. If cancellation is made after September 15, 2023, the registration fee will be refunded minus a charge of $ 300 USD (for full delegate) and $ 270 USD (for affiliated member or student).

Replacement Policy

If a registered delegate cannot participate and is not able to cancel before September 15, 2023, replacements for authors and any participant are welcome at no additional cost. Please notify us of any substitutions (please providing full name, ID, position, company, address, phone number and email) at conferences@csu.edu.cn. Once the conference has started, cancellations will not be allowed.

Photo and Video Release

By accepting the terms and conditions of your registration, you allow NFSoc, to take photographs or videos of you during the conference for use on their website and in future promotional materials. If you do not want to be included in any photos or videos, please write to conferences@csu.edu.cn at least 72 hours prior to the conference.

About NFSoc and Lead-Zinc 2023

The Nonferrous Metals Society of China (NFSoc), established in 1984, is a national academic, scientific, educational, and nonprofit organization voluntarily formed by scholars, scientists, technicians, and business managers in the nonferrous metals industry and related fields within China.

 

The International Symposium on Lead and Zinc Processing, initiated in 1970, is the world’s leading event for the lead and zinc industry. It is jointly organized every three years by five international organizations: the Nonferrous Metals Society of China (NFSoc), the Society of Metallurgists and Miners (GDMB, Germany), the Metallurgy and Materials Society of the Canadian Institute of Mining, Metallurgy and Petroleum (MetSoc), the Mining and Materials Processing Institute of Japan (MMIJ) and the Minerals, Metals & Materials Society (TMS, United States). This year, the 10th International Symposium on Lead and Zinc Processing, Lead-Zinc 2023, is being organized by the Nonferrous Metals Society of China (NFSoc) and will be held in China. As the organizer of the symposium, the Nonferrous Metals Society of China (NFSoc) is the payment recipient for the conference registration fee.
